Teacher Application Information:
All teachers possess a valid Florida Teaching
Certificate and possess grade/subject area appropriate degrees. They are trained
to: identify learning styles, integrate students with disparities in their
various intelligences, accommodate learning differences, validate emotional
literacy as a marker of success, and comply with the standards of excellence.
Accountability through surveys, numerous conferences, progress reports,
retention rates, authentic assessment, standardized test scores, portfolio and
lesson plan review, observations, and self-evaluation lends itself to a
consistent level of instruction.
Our teachers are highly motivated and
dedicated to their students. We rely on a teacher's expertise and input to
create a learning environment that works best for their students. With the
involvement and collaboration of teachers and parents, students reap the
benefits.
All teachers and staff are required to
complete a background check and fingerprinting.
